My Expertise As a certified Personal Trainer with hundreds of hours of hands-on coaching experience, I specialise in online strength training, muscle development, and injury rehabilitation. I'm currently pursuing a diploma in Strength & Conditioning and recently completed a master's degree in Sports Science to ensure my clients receive evidence-based, cutting-edge training methods.

Why I Became an Online Coach My journey started with a Biology background and five years in corporate consulting. But I knew I wanted to make a real impact on people's lives, so I retrained as a Personal Trainer. Now, through online coaching, I can work with dedicated clients worldwide who are serious about transforming their fitness.

How did you develop the HybridHolistic philosophy?

My HybridHolistic training approach combines strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and functional movement to prepare your body for real-life adventures—whether that's climbing mountains, keeping up with your kids, or simply feeling confident and strong every day.

This online training philosophy was born from my own travels around the world. From tackling mountains in Scotland to climbing volcanoes in Indonesia, I realised that traditional gym routines weren't enough. I needed a training system that built strength, endurance, and mobility together—what I call hybrid training.

But adventures don't have to be extreme. They can be playing with your children, renovating your home, or simply having the energy to fully engage with life. My holistic fitness approach recognises that physical strength supports every aspect of your well-being.
